
Android which was purchased by Google back in 2005, will be releasing their new T-Mobile G1 phone next month, if all goes as planned. If you’ll notice the screen turns out and up which means there is no flipping involved. The G1 features a full QWERTY keyboard.

I just wish it was an unlocked phone. I gave up T-Mobile because of billing issues and coverage. (Sigh) Perhaps I’ll buy one and attempt the unlock.

Not sure if anyone can talk popularity away from apple at the mo, seems like “phones” in general is an item already monopolised by other companies

yeah it is a great phone if you have $400 to spend on a phone and a good plan and i do know that thay will have a few more comming out pretty soon.
