Whenever I’m about to board a plane I always feel like I’m shuffling around receipts, boarding passes, and other information. Well a new concept has been designed to give you all the information in a tear-off boarding pass. The fringe of the ticket is made of electronic paper that could be torn off and worn as a wristwatch during the period of your travel. Before the departure, the airline would preset all the information concerning the flight on the wrist watch. When you’re just about to board, you return the watch so it can be reused. A brilliant concept I feel would save the average Joe much stress.

Getting a flat tire is no fun, especially when the car jack is the lamest piece of crap you’ve ever seen, which is what they usually all are. Well here’s the new Air Jack that blows up in 30 seconds thanks to your exhaust. For $130 I’d think it would be a smart pick up. Read the rest of this entry »

BedFan keeps the sheets cool

A brilliant idea to keep your bed sheets cool without causing you sleepers to sweat. The fan sends a whisper-quiet breeze between your sheets, surrounding your body with cool and helping you sleep through a hot night. It saves money, too, by reducing bedroom temperature.

As your body generates heat, that heat is trapped at night between your sheets and absorbed into your mattress. Until now, the only way to get rid of the heat was kick off the sheet and turn the air conditioner up high, to cool down the whole room - or your whole house. But Bed Fan gets right to the focal point of the problem. Placed at the foot of the bed, Bed Fan sends a calm breeze directly between your sheets. The cool breeze travels between your top sheet and bottom sheet and bathes sleepers in a stream of cool, comforting air. And it keeps you cool by pushing out the body heat that gets trapped beneath the covers, causing you to sweat.

If you have night sweats or if you want to stay cool while wrapped up in your sheets buy the BedFan for $100. Read the rest of this entry »
